    Excellent service

    I’m late in leaving this review because I’ve been on holiday. The holiday wouldn’t have happened if Jake hadn’t responded to my call so quickly and efficiently. The lock on my thirty year old patio door had failed and I couldn’t secure the property. Jake fixed the problem! I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

    Fair price and excellent work

    Jake and Joel from J Carter Locksmiths have just completed work in my 4th floor flat. They freed up a stuck balcony door and advised me on maintenance for the door. They also replaced blown windows. They were quick to respond when I contacted them. Their work was efficient and tidy and looked great. Their charges are very fair and competitive. I would highly recommend Jake and Joel and will definitely call on them again. Thank you Jake and Joel!

    Great job definitely recommend

    very professional from start to finish. Although they weren't able to arrive at the original time planned, they kept me updated throughout and maintained great communication, which I really appreciated. They changed a lock for me and completed the job to a high standard. The work was carried out efficiently, and I'm very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a reliable locksmith.
