Experienced, polite and Punctual
James was polite, punctual and knowledgeable. He was early but phoned to see if it was okay. James booked to service our alarm system, he assessed the job and just got on with the task. Alarm battery - great work
James turned up exactly when he said he would. Explained some details of the job, got to work and sorted the issue.
