  Responded quickly. Friendly and easy-going. Explained how he worked and talked through what I needed doing. Arrived promptly and did the jobs very well. So pleased! He’s coming back next week to do more for me.

  Whilst trying to agree a time to look at your job to quote, I was offered another job I had quoted for. This job meant I was unavailable to assist you. I promptly notified you that I was unable to quote. I was open and honest in my communication with you.

  Repair of potting shed(greenhouse)

  The potting shed is wood and glass. The rotten wood has been restored and the glass secured. The whole has been repainted and returned to its original appearance
