Fixing a broken washing machine
Got into contact quickly following the check a trade request and easy to book in the job. Very communicative and knowledgeable. Upfront about the cost quotes and fair pricing. I am the landlord so didn’t attend the appointment but they spoke to me on the phone to update me on the appointment and took photos of the work sent via email. Oven Repair
My fan oven suddenly stopped working last week and I called JD Domestics who came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. Jay came today and fitted a new heating element in my Neff double oven. He arrived in the allocated time slot, was very courteous, tidy and my oven is now working again! The price was fair considering he visited twice and had to order in the parts.
