Emergency call out for leaking pipes

Sink tap, radiator valves, shower pump and grouting / sealing.
The work Jason did do is fine. However our issue has come with the finish and price. He did not do grouting which was expected and, for only 5 hours work, charged for a full days labour, we assume. (installation costs @ £370 which is £74 an hour @ 5 hours. Check-A-Trade average for a plumbers day is £347.50). Once we received the invoice, we queried it. 5 days later, when due, we had still heard nothing. To avoid undue stress we paid but also emailed again and still heard nothing. Fixing a leak from a main domestic tank
Jason responded quickly to our call for help and while unable to attend at once (late afternoon call), told us how to deal with the leak. As promised, he attended at 8.00 am and quickly analysed that the tank was not the problem; the valve attached to the ballcock was holed by water pressure, causing a stream of water to shoot up as the tank filled. Luckily he had a suitable replacement part which he fitted quickly but carefully. He accommodated us before his scheduled job which he was able to attend without being late. Initial job was to fix a leaking cylinder that had damaged the kitchen roof and fit outside tap
Identified the leak quickly, explained what was required to fix and cost to do so simply. Fixed the issue. Also fixed a leaking kitchen pipe and installed an outside tap. All work was done to a high standard, no issues since, all three spaces were left neat and tidy and all work was clearly explained and costs agreed before the work commenced. Replacing bath taps
Jason was brilliant from start to finish. He gave an accurate quote over the phone, turned up on time and completed the work with minimum fuss. He even went over and above by collecting a bath tap when I was stuck in meetings and fixed an issue that I wasn't even aware of.
