During the course of initial work being carried out a problem involving the floor caame to light, Once the orginal work was completed JDP and I discussed the possib;e cause of the problem. JDP carried out investigation, we agreed a daily rate, in order to make an accurate assessment of the problem before giving a price for the job. This was useful as it meant a price could be worked out including materials and labour before undertaking any work. Once this was done I was able to agree the price and materials were odered ready to start the work. Completed within the agreed timescale.

Jon and his team were fantastic from start to finish. We required damp treatment, plastering, carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. All work was carried out to an excellent standard. Clear communication was provided throughout the job. All the team was punctual, polite and a pleasure to have working in our home. Every day the house was left spotless . Thank you Jon and your team

The whole process was carried out effectively and efficiencently. There was a clear timetable of work and this was followed. There were regular discussions about what was being done and why. I received an initial job plan/ invoice itemising work to be done and the cost of each plus a final overal cost this was agreed before the work commenced. The workers were punctual, tidied the work place before leaving and kept me informed of progress. Highly recommended

Jon and Jess worked extremely hard on insulating our back bedroom. It’s finished to a very high standard and all mess was cleaned up every day. They were polite and we were asked to see the work as they were completing all stages. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them with no hesitation. Thank you both.
