Just superb. I was fully informed and the work was excellent.
He turned up on the agreed time, listened carefully what needed to be done. Suggested a better solution which was far better than what I was thinking of. I was kept fully informed of the work in progress. Got to work straight away then because it was damp on the day came back next day to finish the work.
