Pete and his colleague carried out a thorough inspection of the house we are intending to purchase. They explained in detail what the issues were and kindly answered all my questions (since I do not understand much about this topic). Additionally, Pete was very accommodating in terms of rescheduling the inspection, as we had trouble agreeing with the agency.
