Completion of an extension
We would whole heartedly recommend Jez. Jez to finish our extension when Yorkshire Innovation abandoned us after completing about 25% of the project. He did not take advantage of our situation by over quoting . He does most of the work himself with the competent help of Chris. He made no complaints about the previous builder and the problems he took over . He even adapted the design because the architect 's drawings were inaccurate. Roof repair
Jez did a roof repair, guaranteed it would work. On the first bit of rain after the job the roof is worse than ever and leaking alot. Jez has completely avoided my calls, texts and emails. I did get my managing agent to call (I'm a landlord) as Jez didn't know their phone number and he answered straight away, said he had been meaning to call me and would. Two days later and no call, no reply to texts or calls. Roof leaks fixed

2 velux sun tunnels and replace broken ridge tiles and report rest.
