Replacement door and windows

Avoid at all costs!
Paid deposit on time had long delays with getting a fitter, he's got a cold, hurt his back, to then find out they hadn't actually ordered the window after chasing the deposit before 'ordering'. Fitter came eventually, has managed to cut out large sections that were not required to be removed to fit the window and left the cavity completely open. Also managed to crack a pane of glass on the new window before it had even been installed. This took nearly a month to get the pane sorted. Good Experience
Ordered new front door and patio doors from JF Doors & Windows. Unavoidable delay in manufacture but the office kept us informed. Once ready, the arrangements for delivery and fitting were very efficient. John arrived on time, doors were installed and everything cleared away promptly. Aftercare absolutely not adequate, shouldn't have to pay after a year
Had french doors installed June 2024. Now will not close so called and asked for an engineer visit to sort out the door. Told that it would be a chargeable visit as they only cover looks/handle and moving parts for one year, glass five years . What is the point of advertising 10 year guarantee when clearly it isn't. We supply and fit UPVC & Aluminium windows, doors, composite doors and our exquisite new slim line bi-fold doors. We do conservatories, warm rooves, replacement double glazed (misted) units as well as fascia soffit and guttering.
We cover Trowbridge, Bradford-on-Avon, Westbury, Melksham, Frome, Chippenham, Warminster, Calne, Corsham and all surrounding towns and villages, we generally travel up to an hour from Trowbridge and parts of Bath.
We have a showroom with a range of products and expert staff who can guide you through various choices and products to help you find your dream products.
We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and other days by appointment.
