  Consistent 5-star service

  I have used Jack Ford for the last 9 years and his work has always been of the highest standard. I have had 2 members of his team for the past couple of years and the service is always up to the standard I have come to expect from Jack. I had to have a new boiler and Danny came on a Saturday to do this! His team are professional and experienced, polite and a pleasure to have in the house. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

  Excellent and reliable plumbers

  Jack has been my plumber for about 2 years now and I could not recommend him and his team more highly. He is excellent, very professional and reliable. I like that he always explains the problem clearly, and he completes the work to a very high standard. Emma is fantastic and very organised, she always gets back to me promptly, and goes above and beyond to fit me in. It is a relief to have my plumbing issues sorted out by them - they are not only excellent at what they do, but they are also genuinely kind and lovely.

  Fantastic work

  I highly recommend Jacks company. He is easy to communicate with and the work is always exceptional with very little disruption. They came quickly for a burst pipe, found the leak and fixed it and came back to repair the area. I’ve used Jack for years and I trust him to do the work well for a fair price
