  Jack Ford Plumbing - Excellent service

  Excellent service on a difficult job as it was not at all clear how to turn off the cold water inflow. It turned out there were two of them, one without stopcock or any leaver. John was great servicing the boiler and Adam was brilliant and fitting a leave to the newly discovered cold water input pipe and installing a new shower. I highly recommend Jack Ford plumbers, they are efficient, a pleasure to deal with and very good plumbers.

  Hot water issue - Excellent service

  J Ford continue to provide us with execellent service. Jack has serviced our boiler for years, its getting passed its best. A major component of the boiler failed and Jack could have easily said time to replace the whole boiler but, he undertsood our situtaion and found parts for our ageing boiler. Within a few days we had hot water again.

  We felt confident the work would meet our need 100%

  We needed a replacement system boiler and new valves on 21 radiators for our house in Cheam. Jack conducted a thorough site visit and helped us agree the best Vaillant solution. John, an experienced gas engineer, worked hard to complete the work in a week and he was polite and good company. Jack was supportive throughout. We chose J Ford Heating & Plumbing Services from strong competition, we recommend them and we plan to get our system serviced by them.
