    Washer Repair

Jim responded to the message I left within 24 hours (despite it being the weekend). He gave me a number of possible dates/times and he was able to come out at a time/day that suited me. He sent text reminders and called 30 minutes before the appointment. Repair was fixed quickly and with no mess left. Jim was really personable and charge was reasonable. I would definitely use Jim again - excellent service.

    Washing Machine Repair

    An excellent appliance repair service.

Mr Lowther repaired my son's washing machine today, having visited last week to establish what the fault was and then order a spare part. The repair was swiftly completed. We have used this firm before and once more they have proved to be professional, competent, reliable, efficient and friendly. They arrived within the time quoted and left the kitchen clean and tidy. The receptionist staff are also really pleasant and helpful. Thank you very much. We would highly recommend them.
