No call-out, fast and responsive locksmith
Without reservations I would 100% recommend James. On time, very professional and able to fix things quickly. Immediate response to calls and keeps you informed both while doing the work and getting any parts. Worked around my schedule and quoted before any work done. Replacement of broken upvc door lock
James replaced the locking mechanism on our upvc porch door in a highly professional manner. He was excellent at communicating his time of arrival at each visit, as the job required a diagnosis of fault and return visit with replacement parts and arrived each time when he said he would. Front door fixed - excellent service!
