  Faultless. John was one of the 1st people to reply to my 'request for quote' message. Some other plumbers gave me a price without asking any questions. John called to check what the job involved, gave me some options and I received a quote within 48 hours that was itemised and competitive. He turned up today and did a fantastic job! Before he left, he went through the boiler and digital thermostat functions and we're back up and running with a new Baxi boiler. Top man. 5 Stars.

  Gas pipe capped off

  John came round, competed the work required which was to cap off a gas pipe to a fireplace, found some additional issues and explained everything to me including taking pictures and showing me the work completed I have used John for a few things now and recommended to other family members and will continue to use John for any future works

  Outside tap fitted

  From the initial enquiry, John’s communication was brilliant. All I needed was an outside tap fitting, and he did this with ease. There was no mess left and the price was quoted matched what was charged. Thanks John, a pleasure to deal with!

  Excellent tradesman, my requirements were fullfilled with attention to detail, no mess and did the job with no issues. Very respectful and helpful. Wonderful job of new toilet+ decor in a small downstairs space. I would not hesitate in recommending this man.

  Complete new gas central heating system installed at reasonable cost. Great communication. John is very polite, punctual, helpful and a tidy worker. Asked for a couple of extra jobs on last day too, which he was able to undertake before leaving. Very happy! *****
