Very professional company
I have used Biggs Heat for several years to service my boiler. They have always been most professional, polite and very tidy. They were recommended to me and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

Timely and first class service
Mains water stopcock into the house failed overnight leading to water in the kitchen… Biggs HT recommended by a friend. Called them and John said he would come later that afternoon, which he did. Remedial work carried out there and then in a very professional but friendly manner. Very pleased indeed with the service received. Biggs HT (John) will be my “go to” plumbers from now on…

Highly recommended
I called John because I had a leak from my booster water pump. It was the bank holiday week-end but he came out within a couple of hours to fix the problem. Excellent service as previously when Brandon fixed a leak in my boiler after I had been left in the lurch by another plumber.

Honest, knowledgeable, considers all options, very clean and tidy.
I have used John for several jobs, all of which he has done with professional courtesy. He recently significantly improved the functionality of my bathroom, which previous traders had indicated was not viable without excessive cost. Thank you John.

Reasonably priced. Very professional. Turned up when said they would.
Found a leak in the hot water pipe to boiler . Called and they were here on time the following day. Fixed, tested tided up and gone. Really professional and reasonably priced. Would use again.
