Why use the Reach Systems?

Many window cleaners and other maintenance companies have invested in new high-reach equipment to enable them to clean windows from the ground thus eliminating or at least minimizing the use of ladders.

It is becoming increasingly difficult to access high areas of properties to carry out maintenance due to H&S regulations and the cost of access equipment such as scaffolding and towers.

One area of a building that requires regular attention is the gutter.

It can be high and difficult to reach. Sometimes, the only way to get access is with the use of a scaffold.

In the past, I have spent time climbing up and down ladders to access gutters and roof line areas but there's always a limit to the height and the angle of the ladder.

Can you clear gutters from the ground? Now, there is a way to clear and clean gutters: A pole system connected to a powerful vacuum machine.

This reaches up to approx. 50' and can be used for all sizes and shapes of gutters and being light weight, can be used at lower angles and to reach difficult areas.

The advantages: The system can be operated by one man. It is the safe way to do the job.

No expensive access equipment is required.

Vacuum units are self-contained or powered from the van.

All debris is collected into the cylinder and bagged up so there's no mess.

It cuts the job time by less than half. 99% of the time, the Gutter Vac will do the job, but we have the use of a cherry picker and other access equipment if it's required.

Can we prove the gutters are clear? There is a camera survey service available so you can look into your gutters from the comfort of your home or office.
