  Unreliable dishonest and rude

  This was the worse experience we ever had !!! Unreliable, dishonest and very rude. The job we agreed with them was to renovate our bathroom ( changing toilet, sink , flooring , bath , installing ventilation etc…) The owner asked us to pay half deposit and after we paid deposit 4 months later nothing has been done except screwing the shower rail. The workers have been twice in our house and they really not even started the job !!! After 4 moths waiting we asked deposit back . The owner didn’t want to return deposit , find excuses … till we told him about going to court , then he did .

We always tried to communicate openly and work towards a solution that would improve your bathroom project. During our discussions, we raised concerns about some of the materials that had been purchased and explained that, in our professional opinion, higher-quality materials would be needed we returned your deposit as requested

  New kitchen

  We have just had a new kitchen installed by JMR , our old kitchen needed complete removal including appliances / flooring etc . The design and workmanship of our new kitchen has been fabulous and we can not praise JMR enough . The kitchen fitters , electrician , plumber and the carpenter were so highly skilled and professional . They were also very knowledgeable and helpful , polite and tidy and so easy to have around. We can highly recommended JMR Thank you ☺️

  Replacement Radiator

  Very happy with the work. Alan did a great job - came out to remove the radiator in November which included replacing the lockshield and thermostatic valves, and then came back to fit the new radiator when we'd finished redecorating. We were very impressed with the work and reliability - Alan was on time and he couldn't have been more helpful or personable. Would definitely recommend.

  Great communication

  Everyone at JMR have been fantastic from start to finish. The quote was well detailed and explained to me when i had questions. The job was finished to high standards and they cleaned up after themselves and all the staff was very polite. I couldn't recommend this company enough.

  Fantastic customer service

  Fantastic customer service. Booked efficiently via whatsapp and dealt with a helpful member of staff. Jason did a great job of fixing the underfloor heating, turned up on time, friendly and reliant. We also had Alan shortly afterwards to plumb in the fridge and again, super polite, tidy and arrived on time. Highly recommended and will definitely be using again
