Hard working & polite
Very pleasant and professional young men. They worked extremely hard during the day and were polite and engaging. After a long day with a few technical challenges they worked into the evening to ensure our heating system worked properly. Replacement Radiator
Very happy with the work. Alan did a great job - came out to remove the radiator in November which included replacing the lockshield and thermostatic valves, and then came back to fit the new radiator when we'd finished redecorating. We were very impressed with the work and reliability - Alan was on time and he couldn't have been more helpful or personable. Great communication
Everyone at JMR have been fantastic from start to finish. The quote was well detailed and explained to me when i had questions. The job was finished to high standards and they cleaned up after themselves and all the staff was very polite. Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Booked efficiently via whatsapp and dealt with a helpful member of staff. Jason did a great job of fixing the underfloor heating, turned up on time, friendly and reliant. We also had Alan shortly afterwards to plumb in the fridge and again, super polite, tidy and arrived on time. My company has now been running for over 3 years . I have over 15 years of experience in the plumbing and heating industry. We are a ltd company and we offer a wide range of plumbing and heating services. We are gas safe qualified and Oftec (oil ) engineers we also offer lpg gas services.
At J.M.R. I take pride in helping customers in a way that is cost effective to them I will also aim to respond in the quickest time possible to your needs and of course doing the best possible job I can do for you .
