    Friendly and efficient service!

We contacted JNM Locksmith after a key snapped in our composite door lock. James responded quickly, provided a quote from photos, and arranged a convenient appointment. He arrived on time, was professional and friendly, and fixed the issue efficiently. He replaced the lock, supplied new keys, and fitted a thumb turn, making the lock much easier to use. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

    Fixed and changed locks

This was the second time James came out to help us with a lock problem. He was super fast to respond to my job request as our back door lock had broken and we couldn't open it. It wasn't an emergency but he treated the job like it was still important. He arrived promptly on time and explained every step of the job. We ended up changing the lock to prevent the same issue again and also got the front door changed too to prevent any issues. It was a very smooth experience and James is very friendly and knowledgeable.
