Fixed and changed locks
This was the second time James came out to help us with a lock problem. He was super fast to respond to my job request as our back door lock had broken and we couldn't open it. It wasn't an emergency but he treated the job like it was still important. He arrived promptly on time and explained every step of the job. We ended up changing the lock to prevent the same issue again and also got the front door changed too to prevent any issues. Great service - Door fixed
Called James out to take a look at our back door, which wasn’t shutting properly and was really difficult to lock. He managed to fit us in this afternoon between jobs, came out to have a look, and had it sorted in no time. Really friendly, efficient service and would highly recommend him. Great service!
Great service from James changing the locks on the door to my new house. Quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Not only did he sort the front door lock he also helped fix our back door on the spot as it wasn’t closing properly free of charge and checked the doors were in a healthy condition. Our composite door mechanism failed when the door was closed.
James was brilliant! I posted the job twice on Checkatrade because it couldn’t be fixed by the first call out. James spoke sense when he called me and I had complete confidence in him, he couldn’t get to us straight away but was honest about it and we were happy to wait.
