  Overall I wouldn't use again as the communication was poor. The initial visit that was supposed to be for quoting for the job ended up being the visit where the work was carried out - this is because the person Joel sent had no idea of costs and just started on the job without confirming I was happy for him to go ahead. The cost ended up being unexpectedly high for a simple job and if I had known a quote in advance and had the opportunity to turn down the work, I would have. We also didn't receive an invoice until 2 months later, and zero communication in the meantime to inform us of the cost.
