  Came to fit a new under sink trap and washing machine spigot. Was clean, efficient and polite.

  Joe was great from start to finish. He was clear on pricing and transparent in his approach to the problem. Communication throughout was excellent. I posted the problem on a Thursday and he came to sort on the Friday. This includes picking up the necessary parts. He left the premise in a clean and orderly state after testing to ensure no leaks or problems are present. I will definitely be using his services in the future for any plumbing needs.   Joe is a professional, knowledgeable individual. Excellent experience & excellent service from the first phone call to completion of the work. Joe gave a speedy response to my enquiry, was helpful + clear + arranged to complete the work within days. Would 100% employ Joe again to complete future work. Really trustworthy & as it sometimes matters as a woman living on my own with no clue about plumbing I would recommend Joe's work to anyone! He was polite & trustworthy.

  Radiator Repair

  Fix possible leaks after reinstall radiators after house renovation

  Very bad, the plumber only tightened up radiator valves for the first time, after some time I found 2 leaks and asked them for a second visit, they pushed me to more expensive works and don’t want to come even I said I would like to pay more (but not a full new job price), very disappointed work with £130 paid

  Thank you for the review, we are really sorry you had a bad experience, also sorry if there was miscommunication. I thought i clearly explained the job that was done, also i did advice to change the valves instead of repairing, i also advised that old valves would leak again, but again sorry to hear that you was not satisfied.
