Washing machine repair
Phoned John at the end of my tether with washing machine not draining. He took the time to patiently explain how to change the filter in case I could do it myself before he was available to visit and it worked a treat. Quickly diagnosed a dead dishwasher as being beyond economical repair
John communicated with us well, arranged his appointment directly with our tenant, gave us honest and useful information. He advised us that the 16-year-old dishwasher in our rental property was beyond economical repair due to a slow leak, so we have arranged a replacement. I appreciated the honesty of a relatively quick visit from a real expert to tell us that it wouldn't make financial sense to repair a dishwasher compared to replacing it. Fixing my dishwasher
There was a fault in my dishwasher and when Mr Isaac attended he was able to find a small bit of glass stuck in the pump and fix that within about 20 minutes. This avoided me trying to get a new pump or even a new machine. An excellent outcome.Verified reviewerJob location: BN11
