Hard-working, polite and friendly!
I was given a quote by James for a replacement boiler and one radiator. I contacted him when the time came for these to be replaced. We agreed a date and time for work to start - James arrived a few minutes early on day 1 and immediately set to work. He worked in a timely fashion, taking pride in his work, and left everything as he had found it when he went home. When the work was finished on day 2, everything was working well, but James called in two days later to check that all was well. Excellent, knowledgeable and honest plumber
Couldn’t recommend more. Boiler broke down on Saturday, James was with me within a couple of hours. Diagnosed the likely problem, ordered the parts and came back the following morning and sorted it. Was honest and genuine throughout, and bent over backwards to get the heating and hot water back up and running.
