Excellent Service
Excellent service. Called up this morning to report a fault with our boiler, my details were sent straight to the local engineer for our area, Matt, for a visit the same day. He was very professional, called ahead to ask a few questions and see if he could plan ahead by gathering any parts that may need replacing, to save needing another call out. He was very professional, helpful and quickly found the issue, clearly explained what the issue was and replaced the appropriate part.
