  Excellent communication and contact skills. Very quick to detect possible problem and offer solution. Offered time to consider quote without pressure. Job completed without fuss and working site left finished and tidy. Photographic evidence of work shown before payment request. The reason for request was signs of dampness in ceiling and so at this juncture unable to access the quality of workmanship For a few weeks to see if work has solved the problem. Quite happy to rate Quality in a few weeks when the work can be evidentially assessed.

  Wow wow, James was absolutely fantastic, he is very polite, helpful and professional. He replaced a section of my mother in laws felt dorma roof that had been damaged in the strong winds. James gave me a really good quote, explained everything in fine detail, he carried out the work within one day. Great communications, and workmanship, no mess left. The work was carried in a orderly professional manor. He showed me every step of the way taking photos to show me. This company isn't a rip-off merchant, not like some. I would highly recommend James to anyone. Thankyou you so much.
