  Roof woodworm treatment

  I contacted John through Checkatrade and replied the next day and came and visited that same day (on a Sunday too). He was friendly, helpful, polite and everything you'd want from a reliable tradesman. He offered advise on a cellar issue at the same time. The work was completed on the following Friday at a very reasonable price. 20/10, cant recommend highly enough. Thanks John

  Excellent job by JPT Damp Proofing

  John did an excellent job of the damp proofing to several walls in my flat that had rising damp. All work done quickly and cleanly to a high standard, and with a 10 year guarantee. I would have no hesitation in using JPT Damp Proofing again.

  John was very informative, efficient and reliable from the survey to the end of the work. We needed new ventilation and damp works doing throughout.   Condensation Control

  Knowledgeable and high standard of work.

  John responded to a query & from start to finish his communication was great. He came to look at what might be needed within a few days & it was clear he knew his stuff. He identified the cause of the condensation problem that the extractor fans in the bathrooms were inadequate & recommended a course of action. The written quotation arrived quickly & the work was completed as planned. On site, John worked quickly & without hassle to get the job done, clearing away all rubbish & even cleaning any debris. It's only been 3 days but already we are seeing a dramatic improvement. Recommended.

  Damp Investigation

  Resolution to rising damp problem

  JPT came out to look at an issue we had with damp on a wall. They reviewed the issue and said it was rising damp where the outside paving had breached the damp proof course. A quote was provided the same day and was duly accepted and a date agreed to do the work. They texted me the day before to say what time they would arrive. All work completed same day and tidied up after themselves. I paid the bill promptly as I felt the service provided deserved this. I Have no hesitation in recommending this company.
