  Outside tap fitting

  Great communication from the start. Booked within 12 hours of the initial communication. Turned up on time, got told between 8 and 9, Bobbie turned up bang on 8. Did, the job and cleaned up my cupboard after himself. Didn't take him much time at all. Added a lever to close the tap at winter time, so it don't burst. He did make a mistake of connecting it to the hot water pipe. Gave them a call, received an apology and they rectified it at the end of the day. Bobbie was so apologetic, but it's ok, things happen.   Leaking Cistern in downstairs toilet - water was leaking from the cistern.

  I raised the job yesterday and today we have full use of our downstairs toilet. I was very pleased with the service. They arrived in good time, were very courteous and professional. Carried out perliminary checks, then got my permission to continue the job. Repairs competed with new parts - promptly and efficiently. Further checks/testing made to ensure all was well. Really impressed, we will definitely recommend and save their details for other jobs around our home!

  Washing machine removal

  I was quoted £90 +VAT over the phone after stating clearly on my job that I needed draining and removal of washing machine. I booked the job in good faith but was then charged an extra £60 +VAT for the removal once the team had arrived. Had I known the full price (£180) I would have looked to other quotes before I booked with these as shysters.

  I’m sorry to see you’re disappointed with our service. However I was in the office when you booked and your job stated draining and removing which we quoted one hour for. Disposal was not mentioned. I hope you understand that two men had to carry it down from your flat and then drive it to the waste recycling centre and pay for its disposal.
