  had a leaky outside tap, they were here under an hour

  they arrived extremely quick, and fixed the leak, I am so thankful. the guy was very polite and punctual.

  they detected and dealt with a leak in piping in loft.

  They were held up on an emergency job but let me know and came when they said they would. They were polite and able to complete the work quite quickly.

  Outside tap fitting

  Great communication from the start. Booked within 12 hours of the initial communication. Turned up on time, got told between 8 and 9, Bobbie turned up bang on 8. Did, the job and cleaned up my cupboard after himself. Didn't take him much time at all. Added a lever to close the tap at winter time, so it don't burst. He did make a mistake of connecting it to the hot water pipe. Gave them a call, received an apology and they rectified it at the end of the day. Bobbie was so apologetic, but it's ok, things happen.
