Boiler service
Upfront fee of £65 agreed. They advised the boiler had a leaking flue duct and rusting saying the unit needed to be capped and replaced. They also cleared a bathroom sink blockage. I received an invoice for £90 as they spent 2.5 hours inspecting the boiler. I then had two independent engineers attend who both said the boiler was not leaking (measured) and did not need replacing. They also issued certificates passing our boiler and removed the cap. JRS refused the £65 agreed and threatened debt collectors if I didn't pay £90 also refusing citizens advise so I paid. I would not recommend them.

New central heating system.

Boiler service and new shower pump
The work was completed quickly and without fuss, Joe kept me informed all the way through as to what he was doing and why. Friendly and happy to offer further advice, I would definitely recommend Joe for anyone needing similar work to be completed.

Emergency work: fix a broken pipe - main feed to the house.
We had an emergency on bank holiday Monday. My insurance company with their promise of 24/7 coverage let me down - Joe did not. He quickly responded on the evening of the bank holiday, diagnosed the problem and had it all fixed within 24 hours. It was as if the problem never happened - totally painless. Excellent attention to detail and doing the job right. I highly recommend Joe and will use him again.

New hot water tank and pump fitted. Pipes removed and external pipe for boiler fitted.
Incredibly reliable, Joe did the work to an excellent standard and went above what was asked by patching holes where pipes were removed.

NEW RADIATORS.
We got JRS round to provide a quote to replace all our radiators as they were looking old and shabby, we were emailed a quote the following day and we agreed the price. From there on the process was efficient and we are extremely happy with the workmanship and outcome they produced. Thanks.
