      I needed a new computer, router and printer to be set up and to have all my photos and existing data to be transferred to it. From the time I first contacted James, I was treated with courtesy and he quickly arranged to do the work. He seemed very competent and I was delighted with all he did. His charges were very reasonable and he didn't charge me for an additional long telephone conversation or his travelling time. I would thoroughly recommend him.

      James arranged to collect our PC and rapidly found two faults causing the problem. He carried out repairs, installed a back-up Hard Drive for us and returned it after a complete check. He is forthcoming with advice, helpful, and very professional. His charges are very reasonable. Thoroughly recommended.

      My computer, running the latest iteration of Windows 11, became unusable. The system failed to boot up and so I contacted James who collected my computer very promptly and then kept me informed abut his work to reinstate the system. After forty-eight hours he returned my computer which now booted up as normal and without any loss of files or other material. James was friendly and totally proficient. Additionally, his invoice was very reasonable and so I thoroughly recommend JS services and would use again.
