  Pitched Roofing Repair

  Posted 1 day ago

  Excellent Roofer

Jake is a credit to the trade, professional, punctual, great communication, cleaned everything up to better than it was before. Jake and his team completed work to a high standard documenting and taking photos as they went. He was also with the help of a drone able to show me exactly what the issues were before they started work. I had a dry ridge and verge fitted, EPS drip system installed and bottom run of felt replaced all over the roof as well as a good clean and moss treatment added. The roof is now back watertight and ready for winter weather.

Leaking flat roof porch and leaking sky light roof

Jake completed the work to a high standard within 2 weeks of contacting him. He provided photos and videos showing the cause of the leaks and photos of the completed work. Excellent communication. I would highly recommend.

  Ridged Tiles Installation

Responsive, professional and high quality work

Jake and his team were excellent, and did a great job of assessing and repairing our roof. Jake was always very responsive, professional and organised, and work was completed to a great standard. When we had an old tile (not one that Jake and his team fitted) slip during a storm a couple of days after Jake had done the rest of the roof, he came over and made the repair for no extra cost. I would definitely recommend using JVM.

  Dry Ridge Installation

  Dry verge system installation

Jake and his team replaced the crumbling mortar verge at both gable ends of my roof with a dry verge system. He clearly explained the process which was very reassuring and his quotation for the work was fair and reasonable. Jake is a very professional and skilled craftsman. He is also polite and considerate in keeping the noise to a minimum, as were his two apprentices. He kept me informed as work progressed using photos and videos. When the work was completed they cleared away all the debris and left everything tidy. I will definitely use Jake again and recommend him.

storm damage repair to tiled roof

A reasonably small job not marked up unnecessarily. Jake was on time got right to the point and patched up a missing tile that came off during storm Dave. Particularly pleased there wasn't the all to common sucking of teeth at a three story townhouse, Jake just got on with the job and will certainly be considered for more roof maintenance work in the near future.
