Fitting new carpets in lounge, hall, stairs, landing and 3 bedrooms
Joe was extremely professional from the quote through to fitting the carpets. He was helpful in advising us on our choices and kept us informed of a minor delay to one carpet and another which had been discontinued, all outsode of his control. Although Joe and his colleague Tom were in the house for several days, at no time did it feel intrusive. They worked really hard, but still stayed cheerful and smiley throughout. The job was completed to an extremely high standard and at a competitive price. I would thoroughly recommend Joe and would not hesitate to use JWL again.

Downstairs flooring and carpet for upstairs hallway and stairs.
Joe was extremely professional and hard working throughout. His attention to detail really shows in his work and we are so pleased with our new flooring and carpet. Joe kept the area tidy, was punctual and always friendly. I would recommend JWL flooring again.

Carpeting the staircase and landing. Putting laminate down the basement. Putting flooring in hall
Joe was excellent. Right from the start he was punctual, knowledgeable and reliable. Always on time. Job was finished to a high standard. Very respectful when working in the house. Would highly recommend.

Recarpeting of entire 1st and 2nd floors, installation of engineered oak on ground floor
Joe has done a really brilliant job. We're so happy with the outcome and the finish - Joe really cares about doing a good job so you know that he's not cutting corners. A fair price and a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Carpet to four bedrooms and carpet runners to my houses
Joe and the team at JWL we’re fantastic nothing was a struggle! Joe definitely knows his craft a pleasure and polite. Also what we liked with Joe the price he quoted was the price we paid no hidden extras! Thanks again to JWL will highly recommend!
