Fantastic from start to finish. The fitter was outstanding. He kept me informed every step of the way. He was polite and very knowledgeable. Cleaned and cleared as he went along. Providing excellent service from quote till completion
My old boiler stopped functioning and was leaking horribly over the kitchen. Sam from KAS came to give a quote and explained everything carefully. There was attention to detail when he inspected the radiators in the house and the boiler. After booking the job the follow up conversations with Kim were always immediate and clear and always available. Ross the engineer who came was superb in the way he handled any issue from piping, to drilling and explained everything patiently to me each step of the way. I first spoke to Kim she organised the home survey Sam went through the work to be done for a new boiler quoted for the work found Sam & Kim excellent throughout the whole process.
