  Excellent service from start to finish. Katie arrived on time, was friendly, professional and clearly knew her trade. The work was completed to a high standard, everything was explained clearly and the area was left clean and tidy. Communication was great throughout and the price was fair.   Really honest

  Katie texted me about my concerns, advised some checks and helped me fix it myself...other plumbers were ready to just come out and charge me. She's a honest person and I will definitely use her when I actually need work done
