Friendly, trustworthy & professional
I have used this company 3 times now for both drains and asbestos surveys, followed by drain/manhole repairs. From the first contact to final billing they have been extremely friendly and professional and provide responses to queries extremely quickly. Good work and responsive to customer feedback
KD carried out a sump service and completed the work to a good standard . The follow‑up report was clear, informative, and included photos, which was very helpful as I wasn’t present during the visit. There were some issues with communication on the day and an interaction that could have been handled more professionally. However, the company acknowledged my feedback, apologised, and confirmed it would be addressed. KD have been fantastic from start to finish! I called following a surge in our electricity for KD to check our sump pump. The team on the phone were super helpful and arranged the visit pretty much straight away. The technician (Alfie) attended and was brilliant, polite and professional.
