Excellent service, highly recommend
We needed some work doing within a very short timeframe and found Ken through check a trade. He and his son have done a brilliant job. Friendly and professional from the outset, they explained everything they were doing as they went, and were happy with any extras we added on along the way. They even checked in on my elderly mum when I had to go out for a while! Lovely guys, top notch work, and very reasonably priced. Alterations to bathroom for elderly mum.
We wanted to make changes to the bathroom for our elderly mum. Ken was quick to respond to the ad and came in 2 days later to have a look. Was really helpful in making suggestions that would make the bathroom more functional and safer for her. Very reasonable prices. We wanted it done quickly and with minimal disruption to her - and he came in the following week, got everything done within 2 days and with minimal mess and noise. Really friendly and pleasant. Securing a bathroom floor to make it safe pending taking up floor, taking out and replacing shower
Ken responded very quickly on a Sunday and visited the site the following Wednesday. He did an emergency repair to the floor and gave an itemised quote for the rest of the work which is now pending insurance approval. I found him extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Very happy Customer, A+++++++
Ken contacted my me swiftly, we spoke on the phone and via WhatsApp where we talked and I sent pictures of the underneath of my Kitchen sink... He gave me what I believe was a good and fair price and he came the next day (Today) and installed my water and fluoride filters. Ken is a very nice, polite and kind person, we talked a lot and If and when I ever need another Plumber I will not hesitate to contact Ken again...
