uPVC door lock was stuck with key not rotating. Mark helped identify the cause- gears, and replaced.

Replaced a composite lock
Mark asked for a photo of the lock and descrilfion of the problem. He came the next day to replace the worn lock after first checking to see if he could service the lock.
