Quick response, great service and price
Mark was really quick to attend to our broken door lock. Identified the issue, supplied and fitted the new lock in no time at all. He was upfront with me on the initial call about what was likely needed and the costs. Really clear communication and pricing. uPVC door lock was stuck with key not rotating. Mark helped identify the cause- gears, and replaced.

Replaced a composite lock
Mark asked for a photo of the lock and descrilfion of the problem. He came the next day to replace the worn lock after first checking to see if he could service the lock. Amazing service
Mark was very efficient and knows his stuff. He managed to fix a lock rather than having to replace it and adjusted the fit of a door and did some drilling ( and cleaned up perfectly ) to secure it further in about an hour. A really good locksmith.
