10 Heating on washer dryer

I contacted KAC because my washer/dryer wasn’t heating up. I asked KAC if they could come and fix the problem. KAC talked me through how to fix this on the phone and it worked! I asked if they wanted paying and they said no! They said it was only a small problem. I wouldn’t have been able to fix the washer/dryer without them. Asked Peter for help to repair tumble drier. He got back to me straightaway and gave me advice on whatsapp to avoid callout. Sorted the problem, tumble drier working again now. As always a fantastic service, so helpful and knowledgeable about appliances. What an amazing guy. Did the repair so quickly. Such a lovely friendly and professional man. Id recommended this company to anybody. Most repair companys come in get the job done without a word spoken and a miserable attitude..not this guy . My washing machine had broken down, my hubby rung a number of repair people before Pete, they were quoting really high call out fees plus high labour etc. He was about to just purchase a new washing machine. He rung Pete and explained what the problem appeared to be. Pete advised my husband how to attempt to fix the problem himself. Not many people would have taken the time to do this when he wasnt going to benefit from any business himself by explaining to us how to fix the problem ourselves.
