  Having had a full upgrade done on my pond I can say that I could not be more pleased. From an initial assessment to ascertain the issues with my pond, to full discussion and price review, I was given excellent advice and all my questions were answered honestly and all details full explained. Decision made and a date to begin in the diary the guys arrived and work began. I am so pleased with the results, my koi pond is fabulous. Sparkly clear water, amazing filtration with m8nimum effort from me and the team checking in to ensure all is well. I cannot fault this company they are definitely A1

  Koi carp Uk really went that extra mile. I am ocd were it comes to my koi and pond. And from time to time my disability won’t allow me to maintain or health check and treat my koi. One call to koi carp Uk Ltd.. Very quickly responding to our conversation, booked a visit there and then . Probably turned up on time with all the equipment, very professional, not cutting any corners, excellent job on filters , really analysing my pond water quality, then health checking a lot of koi. Very impressed specially as everything was explained in detail. Highly recommended
