Fitting of two inside air conditioning units and an outside condenser unit

He arrived both days on time, completed the work to a high standard and is a highly recommend person to call for your air con installation. It's often difficult to decide which firm to pick for work like this but I'm glad we went with Kool Touch Limited.

10Verified ReviewI Richard to provide a quote to install air-conditioning in my gym. Richard was engaging and quick to respond. He arranged to come and view the job to provide a quote and advice. Richard arrived on time, Richard got a full understanding of my requirements and went through my options including. I really liked the non-pushy style of Richard, I felt under no pressure to except the quote or options. Richard remained engaged, providing regular updates on delivery and installation times. Once the date of installation was agreed, Richard again was on time, tidy and considerate throughout.

1Verified ReviewWe got in touch with this company as the reviews were so good - we should have known when he had a myriad of health reasons for not getting back to us and failing to show up for quotes etc. Anyway, he did show up and seemed to be a really nice man, we agreed a price and a fit date - we prepared the rooms and took time off work. Checked the night before that all was well only to be told on the morning he was due by text, that he couldn't come because of his sister being taken to the hospital and him needing to visit her with no confirmation of when or if he would attend.
