    Fix a shower, install a doorbell and perform an ECIR check

    Punctual and arrived as a team of three. Electric shower pump switchover was satisfactory, doorbell was not installed as I requested and the guys weren’t able to complete the job as asked. ECIR check was not performed by the electrician who issued the certificate. Communications were confusing- office manager called to state remedial works were required but couldn’t explain why- and quote for remedial work was higher than most other suppliers in the area. Wouldn’t recommend.

    Dexa fan fitting

    Wanted an electrician to fit Dexa humidity sensor extractor fans in my kitchen and bathroom. They came in and did a good job. I was concerned about the tiles in the bathroom but Loui told me he would handle it and he did. Great job. They even came back when I wanted help with adjusting the settings. Anita was so supportive and helpful throughout the process. Would definitely recommend them.

    Great work done. Needed a solar panel inverter replacing and a switch/breaker for a cooker fitting and all the work was done to a really good quality and very quickly. Really pleased with it and would recommend KRA to anyone.
