Due to the upstairs neighbour letting his bath overflow, water had come down into my flat and there was water ingress into the light-pull fitting. I therefore had to make a request for an emergency call-out. KRA came out promptly and fixed it quickly and efficiently, including replacing the cord, and cleared up afterwards. Very good service, happy to recommend and would use again.

Very happy. The initial job turned in to a slightly bigger job than anticipated but the new quote was very reasonable. Bobby was excellent at communicating what would be done. Everything from the first contact was straightforward and clear. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly polite and explained everything in detail, including how everything would have to be done. I was provided with options to have things moved and done in multiple ways to choose from and many points of checking in during the process. Everything was done really quickly and to a high standard and he cleaned up afterwards leaving everything in good condition. He even helped out with fixing our heat sensor that was broken! Will definitely be contacting KRA for any future work.

Fourth job by KRA. They wired my kitchen, bathroom, fitted a new consumer box and have now re-wired the upstairs electrical and fitted a smoke alarm. Good professional job, all neat and tidy. They explained the work they had done and then demonstrated that it was all working. Friendly workers as well. I think I've probably run out of things to update...
