Install 2 Hive thermostats, service 2 boilers, carry out extensive lagging of pipes.
Excellent workmanship and service, kept to quote, arrived on time, experienced, knowledgeable and conscientious. Will use again. Highly recommended.

Boiler installation
Kraken replaced our 20-year-old boiler with a Vaillant system boiler. They were the most competitive out of four quotes. They were also the top recommended Vaillant installer for our area, hence it was an easy decision to make. We are delighted with our choice of installer and boiler. Shane and his apprentice worked tirelessly, were courteous and tidy throughout the installation. I thoroughly recommend Kraken if you are looking for a new boiler.

Open vent boiler and pump replacement incl. Chemical flush plus radiator valves and bathroom radiator replacement, fixing of brickwork
Shane and Ollie are very courteous; worked through the whole weekend, kept by me informed, dealt be with unexpected delays , pipework challenges and extra brickwork including going extra mile to get the most suitable bricks. Also managed to cover my new carpet and avoided making it dirty. Well done, thank you

Boiler, hot tank and control system replacement and upgrade
Shane from Kraken Plumbing and Heating was friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. He maintains high very high standards of professionalism and workmanship with excellent service and great attention to detail. My Wife and I are now enjoying the benefits of a vastly improved system which was designed and installed by Shane. I have no hesitation in recommending Kraken Plumbing and Heating

New boiler and controls fitted plus associated rework of heating system
Shane fitted a new Vaillant boiler for us along with new controls and lots of associated repiping and rewiring. About five days of work including some late nights! He was perfectly polite and professional throughout and worked extremely hard to get it all up and running as quickly as possible. Very happy with the installation.
