  Single storey extension and new kitchen

  Most of the work completed was of a reasonable standard, they arrived on time and generally left the site tidy at the end of each day. However the project took more than twice as long as was estimated (was estimated 8-10 weeks, but still wasn't complete 6 months later), after sales support has been difficult and stressful and unfortunately we're now having to hire another company to fix some issues that we've been left with. Overall, would we hire Kudos Building Ltd again? No.

  Simply untrue. The project was high standard and no comments made about non standard works till now. The project was a few weeks over due to weather and additional works, where 6 months has come from i do not know. We finished all snagging last year so you can see the time past. the customers issue is his cooker hood fell off the wall 3.5 months after we installed, but only a few weeks after he did alteration works to the other side of the wall, we got blamed but agreed to court as this was nothing to do with us, its now been settled out of court, but he still feels aggrieved hence his false and slanderous comments.

  Walls taken down, new kitchen fitted

  Great communication at all times. Rob always asked questions to ensure it was perfect, even the little things. And offered insights to keep price down but still do a good job. Very reliable, approachable and friendly, love the kitchen. Thank you :)

  New patio with sleepers and step plus new concrete shed base..

  An excellent job. It wasn't an easy area to pave given the varying ground levels but Rob and Jack are knowledgeable, reliable and hard working and have achieved an end result we are very pleased with. They were always on time, kept us informed throughout the work and tidied the site every day before leaving. Would have no hesitation in recommending Kudos Building.

  Cleaning the gutter.

  Rob has done many jobs for us over the years. Rob and his team as always were professional and quiet, they took into account that they were outside and did not play music so as not to annoy the neighbours. We have no hesitation in recommending them, their work speaks for itself.

  Damp proof, insulate , board, plaster new door and window to garage
