Lance was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process with the quote being issued shortly after making contact as well as answering the various questions I had. A superb transformation from start to finish even with an unexpected floor problem came up they made sure we had a quote for the extra work and a full explanation as to why it needed doing. Each day they cleaned down and kept things tidy. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family and will use them again for future projects. Very pleased with the standard of the work we had done.
