Wasp extermination
Found a wasps nest in the garden. Mel (Ladybugz owner) came out the same day. After explaining my toddler spent a lot of time in the garden she then took the nest away with her to ensure he was safe. She was really knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be calling again if I ever need help!

I had a rat enter my semi detached after next door had there roof replaced.
I called Ladybugz early Saturday morning.They were the only company out of six on Checkatrade that were willing to attend to me that morning.After a thorough inspection and diagnosis she came up with a solution and plan.

Very good choice for finding our unwanted friends…
Mel responded to our request very quickly and came round to assess the situation. She was very thorough and knowledgeable and she made me feel positive that the annoying rats would soon be no more! Mel’s price was reasonable and included 3 visits initially. We have found dead rat just outside and everything seems to be quieter. We would definitely recommend Mel.

I called Mel when I discovered a potential vermin situation. I happened to be on the way to her next job and she incredibly arrived within half an hour. She efficiently reviewed the situation and gave great advice. Friendly and efficient and helpful; I absolutely recommend her.
