Professional and reasonable
Lee was honest from the offset letting me know he was unavailable for a week and understood if I went elsewhere. I booked, easily and efficiently. He turned up exactly on time. Consumer unit replacement
Lee and his colleague turned up early to ensure they read through the relevant documentation ahead of the job and replaced the consumer unit within a few hours. Lee was happy to explain what he was doing at every step, answering any and all questions and was meticulous ensuring the wiring was as tidy as possible. One thing I was particularly impressed with was the fact they ensured they cleared up as they were working so there was minimal clean up at the end.
