Fantastic experience. Ben was the first to respond after I requested a general quote to disconnect my faulty alarm. He quoted a very fair price, especially considering he came out on the same day. After looking at the system Ben then asked if I'd rather he disable it or fix it, as it was the battery that needed replacing. He offered to get it working again for the same quote he initially gave. Ben got the system up and working again with no issues and in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

Ben was excellent from start to finish. Agreed works to be completed, arranged a day and time, on the day he was running late but called to confirm he was still coming. Had an old wired alarm removed, Ben filled all the holes made from the old equipment and was very clean and tidy. All works carried out at price Agreed and very happy with the end result. Ben was friendly and chatty and we will definitely use him again and would recommend to anyone. Thanks Ben.
