Crack inspection and report
Laytoe have done a structural report for my insurance. They were very professional and the report was comprehensive and detailed. I’m very Happy with the quality of the job. No hesitate to use them again.

Extension

Loft Conversion
Absolutely brilliant. Good quality work, friendly and tidy. We are extremely happy with our new loft rooms. And the finish product is just perfect. Their attention to detail is stop on and their workmanship is the best, I highly recommend them.

Extension
Laytoe team helped us to obtain full BC approval for a double-storey rear extension and also a loft even though the neighbours on both sides objected. Overall the team have been great and excellent value for money that we paid partly in advance - always happy to take my calls and make small tweaks to the plans. Thank you for all your hard work

Loft Conversion
Laytoe engineers are very friendly, hard working, polite team, have recently finished out loft conversion. Did a fantastic job the work carried out was to a very high standard nothing was to much trouble for Laytoe team, we changed are mind with a couple of things throughout the transformation and they were very understanding with this. Would definitely recommend them

Wall removal/ Open Plan
I found Laytoe from word of mouth. Laytoe engineers were fantastic from start to finish; I wanted to quickly go for building approval of two internal walls which need to knock down. The team is friendly and fast to respond to my long list of questions, and the quote was very reasonable. The collection was arranged to suit my schedule and delivery was right on time. BC shortly passed the calculation package, and the drawings they gave is more than enough for my builder to go for the job.
