  Lance and his team have done the best job on my roof. They were all very professional, polite and hard working, they didn't hang about at all and finished the job in 3 days to a very high standard. It's just a shame they only do roofs! Definitely recommend Lance and the team to everyone!

  Full Roof Replacement

  Lance and his team have done a fantastic job on our full roof replacement. Lance and his guys arrived early every morning for a week. His communication with me before, during and after the job was very good. The work is tidy, to a very high standard, Lance rectified some issues with our roof angle and explained his plan in laymans so I could understand it. Lance gave me some advice regarding our flue and worked with a flue and cowl fitting team to ensure it was all done properly. The guys he has working for him all seem to really enjoy their work, which shows in the quality of the end result.

  Roof replacement - the perfect team for the job

  It’s always a concern when you need major work carrying out on your property, especially a job as big as a roof replacement. However, L Baldwin roofing made the job totally stress free, Lance (the owner) ensured all materials, scaffold & skips arrived on time and the work site was left clean & tidy at the end of each day. Lance and his team arrived every morning at 7:15am and worked seamlessly throughout each day until the work was complete If you’re looking for a roof upgrade / re-tile or replacement, Look no further than.   Complete new roof and part flat roof and moved a window in the roof

  I need a new roof and part flat roof and move the dormant window in the loft moving and relocated it they did an excellent job ,over the moon with it. Couldn’t ask for any more any more , highly recommended over the moon with it.

  New roof on a large extension (circa. 7m by 5m)

  Lance and team did a great job of replacing the roof on our extension. The previous tiles were not consistent with the remainder of the roof and Lance did a great job to ensure we now have a consistent style of roofing across the whole house. Workmanship of the highest quality and the new roof exceeded our expectations. Communication excellent throughout and very friendly. Pleasure to deal with and no hesitation to recommend Lance and team.
