I invited Andrew for a second opinion during my annual boiler service in April 2026 after another engineer told me the boiler needed replacing and offered to do the work for around £3,000. Andrew serviced and adjusted the boiler, showed me the key readings and indicators, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated that he focused on solving the actual problem rather than trying to sell unnecessary parts or additional work. Professional, honest, and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely use his services again.

We always use LDN Gas and Heating and couldn't recommend Andrew enough! He has always been quick to help when we have had any problems or queries with our heating. He installed a new boiler for us when the old one died and we most recently used him to service the new one. He is always very friendly, professional and definitely knows his trade!

After posting on my local Facebook group to see if anyone else had any issues after the powercut Andrew reached out to me and provided some neighbourly advice. He then came round to look at the boiler and managed to fix the problem quickly and would not accept any money for it. Will be using Andrew for any future boiler related jobs.

I am selling my house and needed a boiler service quickly (to avoid exchange delays)! Andy was really quick getting me booked in and was very thorough when conducting the service. Will definitely be using him when we move into our new home!
