Lee and his team are in demand due to the quality of their work, so getting a slot for the job was worth the wait. They took a professional approach to the job, recommended new and appropriate materials for the flat roof, carried out all work to a high standard, provided photographs as requested, finished on time, and left the site tidy as expected. Lee called into see me the week before the job was due to commence. To explain how the job would be carried out. .He is very easy to talk to. My wife was impressed because he spoke to her as well. Which many guys don’t. When the work crew arrived they were all pleasant and polite. They. Worked hard during a mini heatwave. The job was completed in a week. Monday to Saturday lunchtime. When the final tradesman finished he spend a lot of time cleaning up. He then took a detailed video of the work which was given to me. The job came in at £800 below initial price. I am Lee Hartle owner of Lee Hartle Roofing Specialists in sheffield which has been established since 2007 and has over 30yrs of experience in the roofing trade, We work to a very high standard and carry most of our works out from recomendations we gain, i have a small team of 4 where i find all workmanship can be kept to a high quality as my team know and have been trained by myself and they know the standard of work i require plus politeness and customer relations go along way.
Works Carried Out by Our Team are as follows:- Pitched Roof renewals ( Tiling, slating, ) Flat roof Renewals ( Sika Lastic polyuerthane membrane, felting, ) Roof Repairs however small or big, Fascia, soffits and gutter Renewals, Seamless Gutters, Velux Skylights installed, chimney Pointing, Insulating to meet Current Building Regs, Leadwork
I have a dedicated team as well regarding other trades who work along side us if we or our customers ever need them and again highly qualified and skilled tradesmen!
