Alan was recommended by another plumber to clear our drains- both our upstairs toilets and sinks were blocked. Alan was personable from the start. Came round in 30 mins with Carl. Phoned Thursday, came out the next day. Very punctual. Started work straight away, discovered another drain we didn't know about. Cleared both drains, offered brilliant advice. Very impressed with Alan, I phoned him on a Friday afternoon & he came Monday morning. Both Alan & his colleague Carl soon sorted the blocked drain at my mother’s property, very polite, professional & informative, will definitely recommend to family & friends.
